How to Access your Course

What if I work full time for a non-profit or public agency?

If you work at least 30 hours per week at a non-profit or public agency you qualify for a reduced price. In order to be eligible for the reduced price you are required to verify your employment by providing the following information:

  • Agency Name

  • Agency Address

  • Agency Phone Number

  • Name of Clinical/Executive Director

  • Email Address of Clinical/Executive Director

  • Agency website address

If it is determined that you do not work full time at a not-for-profit organization, your access to the training/s will be immediately blocked, and the fee paid for the training will not be refunded.

To purchase a training

View a detailed description of the trainings, select and add to cart. When all items are in the cart (make sure the box to the left of the training name is checked), select the “proceed with checkout” button.

You will be directed to a registration/ login page. If you have already registered on this site, please login. If you have not yet registered, you need to register now.

Once this is done you will be directed to a payment option page. Please choose a payment option and enter details. You will receive confirmation of your purchase via email from support@bizvision.com.

To view purchased courses

Select My Account to view your dashboard. Select the course title from your listing of available products to launch the course.

Preparation for a live or simulive online training

How do I test my system prior to the live or simulive online training?

To test your system, click on Login and enter your email address and password. You will be redirected to your Dashboard. Under Available Courses, click on the name of the webcast you’ve registered for. Once on the webcast page, you should be able to see and hear a test video on the page. If you still have questions, you can contact the Help Desk by phone at 800-747-1719 or email at support@bizvision.com.

How do I connect to the webcast on the day of the event?

  1. To connect to the webcast, click on Login above and enter your email address and password. You will be redirected to your Dashboard.

  2. Under Available Videos/Courses, click on the name of the webcast you’ve registered for to be redirected to the webcast player page.



What are the differences between Live webcast, Simulive webcast, Unlimited Web Streaming, and Streaming Rental delivery methods?

Live Streaming Webcast

The Live Streaming Webcast is a presentation with audio and video streamed directly to your computer. Since this is a live presentation, you attend on a specific date and time. You can type questions to the presenter at any time during the presentation. These will be answered by the presenter at a designated time during the training. The Live Streaming format is a great option for those who wish they could attend the live event but cannot be away from the office or for those who simply prefer to gain their CE credits from the comfort of their own home/office rather than travel.

If for some reason you are unable to watch the whole live streaming presentation you will typically have access to the archived version for 2 months from the time the webcast took place. The archived version of the webcast typically becomes available within three (3) weeks of the initial broadcast.

Simulive streaming

Simulive streaming of pre-recorded training to participants at a specified time. This format is broken into a number of segments (usually 3 hours each) that will be streamed on successive days or weeks, usually a Friday and Saturday. Participants are able to type in questions to the trainer during the Simulive streaming. The trainer will answer these questions at a designated time during/after the streaming.

Streaming Rental

The Streaming rental is accessed solely from your computer. The content is ‘streamed’ across the internet and played back on your PC. Streaming is great for watching video and/or listening to audio without needing to download any files to your computer. It is also a great option for customers who are using a work PC where downloading and saving files are restricted. Streaming seminars are only accessible for a limited amount of time; typically 15-30 days from the date of purchase. The on-demand version of the program typically becomes available online within 2 weeks of the initial broadcast.

Unlimited Web Streaming

Unlimited Web Streaming can be viewed/listened to on your computer, tablet, or smart phone. This is a great option for users who want to access the presentation longer than the rental period, or for agencies who wish to purchase a group option. This option allows an agency to purchase a block of trainings at a reduced rate. This is great for making sure new hires are up to date with agency training. Unlimited Web Streaming provides access to the presentation for as long as the presentation is housed on the platform. This option will not be available for purchase if there are any plans to remove an archived presentation from the platform within the following 6 months. So at the absolute minimum you will have access to the training for 6 months.

Live Streaming Webinar

What will I see and hear in the live webinar?

You will see a split screen with a live image of the speaker on one side and the speaker's PowerPoint slides in the other. You will hear their voice in crystal clear sound. Make sure your computer's speakers are on.

How can I interact with the speaker during the live webinar?

You can type questions to the presenter at any time during the presentation. These will be answered by the presenter at a designated time during the training.

What times are the live streaming webinars? Are there any breaks?

Most of our 6 CE live webinars start at 10 AM Eastern Time. They end at 5:30PM Eastern Time. There are 15 minute breaks at 11:30 AM & 3:45PM, along with a one hour lunch break from 1:15-2:15 PM. It's just like attending a live presentation.

Our 3 CE vary as to their starting times. The times are listed next to the webinar. There is one 15 minute break in the middle.

Do I have to pass a test to get credits for the live streaming webinars?

How do I receive a certificate of completion for a rental and unlimited streaming event?

After watching the training, click on the Certificate tab on the bottom of the webcast player. You will be redirected to the Ce-Classes.com welcome landing page, where you will confirm your details. You will then take a quiz and pass at 75%. After this you will complete the course evaluation and obtain your Certificate of Completion. You will have 3 attempts to pass, after which you have to contact CE-classes.com by email at support@ce-classes.com or by phone at 954-290-8446.

How do I access my certificate?

I am having trouble logging in to my account

If you have registered for a course on this website, you will need to use the email address and password you entered when you registered. If you don’t know what your user information is, or it isn’t working for you, please call the Helpdesk at 1-800-747-1719 to have your login information reset or email support@bizvision.com.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy – Live or Simulive streaming

All cancellations must be in writing, by email (support@bizvision.com).

Cancellation 14 Business Days Prior to Event Start Date: Refund all except a $45 administrative fee, upon receipt of a written cancellation postmarked no later than 14 days prior to the Event's advertised start date.

Cancellation less than 14 days to Event Start Date: 50% refund of training fee, upon receipt of a written cancellation, by email (support@bizvision.com). Or transfer to any other scheduled online training for equal or lesser value.

Once the live event has started, there are NO REFUNDS.

Cancellation Policy – Video-on-Demand streaming (limited or unlimited streaming)

For on-demand recordings there are NO REFUNDS for trainings that have been viewed. All sales are final.

Technical Issues

How do I know if I have the bandwidth necessary to view the webcast?

Please test your system using the test link given to you in your registration email, and again by email the day before the webcast, to make sure that your computer and your network can handle streaming video at this bandwidth. We recommend you have an internet connection speed of 1mbps or higher. If you are having trouble with the webcast buffering or not playing, please work with the Administrator of your network for additional help.

I am unable to open the video player or see the streaming video in the player.

  1. Make sure you have the latest Adobe Flash Player, which can be downloaded from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/.

  2. Try logging out of your account and logging back in and restarting the player.

  3. If you are still having issues viewing the webcast, please work with the Administrator of your network for additional help.

What do I do if I can’t hear the audio?

  1. Confirm that sound is enabled on your computer.

  2. Try logging out of your account and logging back in and restarting the player.

  3. Test audio from other flash videos at another site like www.youtube.com.

  4. If you are still having issues viewing the webcast, please work with the Administrator of your network for additional help.

Why was I able to see the test but have issues with the actual webcast?

If you were able to see the test but are having trouble viewing the actual webcast, it means that there is something taking up too much bandwidth on your network. Do what you can to reduce any other heavy bandwidth use on your computer and contact the Administrator of your network for additional help.

How do I restart the webcast if I stop or get disconnected?

  1. To connect to the webcast click Login and enter your email address and password. You will be redirected to your Dashboard.

  2. Under Available Courses, click on the name of the webcast you’ve registered for to be redirected to the webcast player page.
